Pumpkin Patch Time !!!

Sunday October 21st 2007 We took Ethan to the Pumpkin Patch. We had a great time although we did not stay very long. It was a nice day but, it was windy and the dirt was blowing around so we did not want him to get any in his eyes. We took pictures and walked around and went through a kids friendly hauted house. Ethan picked out his very first (mini) pumpkin.(as you can see in the picture above w/ his sissy Erin.)

UPDATE ON BABY ALEX !!!!

Here is a picture of my sister (Mom) & baby Alex (my nephew)!!!! Sara got to hold her baby for about an hour then the next day Dad (Jeremy) got to hold his son for the first time !!! He has had is up & down days but all in all he is doing good !!!!!!!! HE HAS GAINED A POUND (so he now 2lbs 10oz)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAHOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!! I am goin to try and post more often but its been crazy at work and home. Have a wonderful day !!!!

BABY ALEX UPDATE.....UPDATE.....UPDATE.....!!!!!

Baby Alex is doing really well !!! I saw him Sunday late afternoon and He looks GREAT !!! His color is great and I can tell he has gained weight !!!! His Doctors' were tell us that he would have to have surgery to close the hole on his heart. (the hole usually closes in utero but in preemies this is a normal) ANYWAY I AM GLAD TO TELL YOU HE DOES NOT HAVE TO HAVE THE SURGERY !!!!! The hole closed on it own !!!!! The still as some bruising in his abdomen but the Dr's aren't sure about that. Originally they thought he had bleeding in his stomach but they did an ultrasound and did not find bleeding in the stomach. They did drain some fluid off the intestine and they are testing it. (we have not gotten the results yet)
ONCE AGAIN PLEASE KEEP BABY ALEX'S THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS WITH YOU ALWAYS !!!!
