UPDATE !!!!!! we have heard Baby Alex is doing really well !!!!!
They are going to remove the oxygen tube today and are very hopeful he will breath on his own !! Sara is still recovering from kidney failure so it will be a few more days before Mom & Baby are reunited. Once again...PLEASE KEEP SARA & BABY ALEX IN YOUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS !!!!!!!!!!

I am glad to hear they are doing well. I will keep them and your family in my thoughts over the next few days! Childrens' NICU is the best... I have a friend who has one of her two twins still in the NICU after being born prematurly. They have nothing but good things to say about the nursing staff and doctors.
